– the Profile of adult educators needs, related to their work with multicultural and multilingual learners in the educational or job related contexts.

Piloting
A piloting action has been implemented in the INCrEAsE project, where the 4 questionnaires developed were distributed in the project partners countries – Romania, Italy, Greece, Cyprus, Lithuania and Spain, and the following numbers of respondents supported the production of the Profiles of multicultural learners and adult educators working with multicultural learners:
- 73 international adult learners
- 424 international students
- 63 adult educators from the University sector
- 66 adult educators from the general education sector
Profiles
As results if the piloting action, there have been created 4 profiles of multicultural learners and adults educators needs (Socio-demographic characteristics, educational motivation & geo-cultural comfortability, multilingual & multi-religious classes, related to the process of adaptation of freshman international learners & immigrants).
